The role of the ING Trust Office is to actively communicate with shareholders and represent the votes of the depositary-receipt holders and shareholders.

Through the ING Trust Office, depositary-receipt holders can now vote without limitation and under all circumstances. They can also grant voting proxies to the Trust Office or to third parties. The ING Trust Office will continue to vote on behalf of depositary-receipt holders who do not vote themselves.

The Trust Office has full autonomy and an independent board.
